Letitia James Is In Deep Doodoo

The irony. New York Attorney General Letitia James prosecuted President Trump for inflating the value of his real estate for bank loans but deflating it for tax purposes. Now she stands accused of doing that very thing.

She has been referred to the Justice Department for a criminal investigation.

James bought a home in Virginia in 2023, while she was still serving as the New York Attorney General. There is nothing wrong with that except that she listed the Virginia home as her primary residence. Primary homes qualify for lower mortgage rates and lying on a mortgage application is a crime.

The neighbors of that Virginia home say that they’ve rarely seen her.

James also allegedly purchased other homes with her father as a co-signer but listed him as her husband. She’s never been married to her father as far as we can tell.

If James is prosecuted, she would be backed into a corner. She can admit that she committed mortgage fraud or she can insist that the Virginia home IS a primary resident which means that she violated her requirement as Attorney General to live in the state of New York.

The Justice Department has not prosecuted this yet and not commented on if they will.

Dear Donald Trump…

According to reports, France helped Ukrainian President Zelensky write an apology letter to President Trump in order to mend fences.

While the European Union talks tough about leading the war efforts in Ukraine, they secretly know that they can’t. Diplomats in France, Germany and the U.K. have reportedly “sweated over how to try and repair the badly damaged relationship between Trump and Zelensky.

The White House confirmed that it received such a letter and have been continuing to work towards peace. White House envoy Steve Witkoff said this week that a peace deal with Ukraine was on “the verge of a breakthrough. Leaders in Qatar have also expressed interest in hosting peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.

U.S. Rejects Israel’s War Plan

President Trump has declined Israel’s plan to bomb Iran, according to The New York Times.

Israel has been planning an attack on Iran for months and trying to coax the U.S. into going along with it but the New York Times reports match Redacted’s own intel. There is an alleged divide amongst the Trump administration between those who want a war with Iran and those that don’t. Those that don’t, according to the Times include President Trump himself as well as Susie Wiles, the White House chief of staff; Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth; Tulsi Gabbard, director of national intelligence; and Vice President JD Vance.

“The debate highlighted fault lines between historically hawkish American cabinet officials and other aides more skeptical that a military assault on Iran could destroy the country’s nuclear ambitions and avoid a larger war. It resulted in a rough consensus, for now, against military action, with Iran signaling a willingness to negotiate.”

The Times reports that Israel was all but convinced that the U.S. would “sign off” on its plans to attack Iran “making the United States a central part of the attack itself” but President Trump insists on diplomacy over war for now.

The second round of talks are scheduled for this upcoming weekend and we should all pray that they result in peace.

The U.S. has also reportedly notified Israel that it plans to withdraw some troops from Syria where the U.S. is currently illegally occupying territory.

Sex is Real

The Supreme Court in the United Kingdom ruled that men cannot legally be women and also men cannot get pregnant.

The court unanimously ruled that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the 2010 Equality Act referred to biological sex, not acquired gender. Unanimously!

After a years-long legal battle, it turns out that the courts really do know what a woman is. Tory Leader Kemi Badenoch said the ruling meant that the “era of Keir Starmer telling us women can have penises has come to an end.” It will also have wide-reaching implications for maintaining single‑sex spaces for women such as sports, bathrooms, shelters, prisons and more.

JK Rowling, who is probably the most famous critic of gender ideology, said this about it in X: “The fact that so many UK trans activists are shrieking about injustice says it all. You never had the rights you claim you’ve now lost; you had demands. Your sense of entitlement grew unchecked because cowards and idiots bowed down to your campaign of intimidation.”

Autism on the Rise

new report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that autism is up 16.1% since the last time they checked.

The new report shows that 1 in 31 children have autism.

Could it be because it is more broadly diagnosed? Possibly but why would it vary so much by region?

U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said this in a statement: “The autism epidemic is running rampant. One in 31 American children born in 2014 are disabled by autism. That’s up significantly from two years earlier and nearly five times higher than when the CDC first started running autism surveys in children born in 1992, opens in a new tab. Prevalence for boys is an astounding 1 in 20 and in California it’s 1 in 12.5.”

This clearly calls for more research and Secretary Kennedy said this: “Autism is preventable and it is unforgivable that we have not yet identified the underlying causes. We should have had these answers 20 years ago.”

Zelensky Extends His Presidency

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky gave himself a three-month extension of his own presidency by extending martial law for another three months.

Ukraine was due for presidential elections last year but President Zelensky canceled them and has said many times that the Ukrainian people don’t want to go to the polls. They like him right where he is. If only there was a way to know that for sure….

Ukrainian media had been reporting that Zelensky would not extend his regime but, alas, he did. And his advisors say that elections will not be held until at least six months after martial law ends.

Zelensky also said on Tuesday that the war with Russia has to end “diplomatically” because Ukraine lacks the military might to beat Russia but reiterated that Ukraine will never acknowledge the territory that now belongs to Russia as Russian. Not that it would even matter if he did.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has “simplified” the process of applying to fight for Ukraine as a foreign mercenary. The new process authorizes officials to “arrange and pay for transportation, food, and accommodation.” Since Ukraine cannot enforce military conscription, they’ll pay for your food and travel if you want to volunteer. WHO would do that?

Joe Biden Returns

Former President Biden made his first public appearance since he left office and, besides farting loudly, he droned on and on about the Trump administration’s threats to Social Security.

He talked about how the Social Security website is down and people are freaking out. That happened once weeks ago. He joked about 300-year-old Social Security recipients and said that “by the time we left office, we had improved every single line of customer service from apply for disability to filing an appeal to reporting fraud.”

As someone whose tax return was filed on time but marked late, that was…not my experience during the end of the Biden administration but who is going to challenge him?

The former President made headlines by reminiscing about watching “colored” children denied public school in Delaware when he was a child. He was using the terms he would have used in that time. Is it the worst thing for an elderly man to say? Come on, man!

Iran Nuclear Deal

The U.S. may insist that Iran “eliminate its nuclear enrichment” program in the next round of negotiations this weekend.

Iran has said that it enriches uranium for nuclear power plants but nuclear power plants only require uranium to be enriched to 3-5%. Iran has admitted to the International Atomic Energy Agency that it enriches uranium to 20-60%.

A nuclear weapon requires uranium enriched to 90%.

So why do they enrich uranium to that 20-60%? There are uses for “low-enriched uranium” such as naval propulsion submarines, medical isotope production for cancer diagnostics and treatment, etc.

Could the Trump administration be comfortable with this? If they aren’t, would Iran give it all up?

The U.S. envoy Steve Witcoff said this about it: “A deal with Iran will only be completed if it is a Trump deal. Any final arrangement must set a framework for peace, stability, and prosperity in the Middle East — meaning that Iran must stop and eliminate its nuclear enrichment and weaponization program.”

MRIs and Forever Chemicals

new study shows that MRIs can leave toxic rare-earth minerals in your body for years.

When a patient goes for a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, they sometimes get an injection of a fluid called gadolinium. The dye is like a highlighter around your organs, blood vessels and tissues to help the doctors see it all better.

Scientists found that oxalic acid, an organic compound found in humans and plant-based foods, can contribute to a buildup of gadolinium nanoparticles and contribute to complications and disease. Likewise, a previous contrast agent called Omniscan was also associated with complications “including nephrogenic systemic fibrosis.”

Patients with kidney failure are also at high risk for these highlighting agents. My grandfather’s health declined precipitously, accelerating his death after being exposed to one.

MRIs without the highlighting agents are an option though. You should be informed about this if you are asked to taken an MRI.

Deporting Americans Next?

President Trump said that he would like to deport U.S. citizens to El Salvadorian prisons but “we have to obey the laws.”

The President said this in a visit with El Salvador’s president Nayib Bukele. The two leaders got on quite well, don’t you think?

The law is clear. You cannot deport an American citizen from U.S. soil. In rare cases, the U.S. has revoked passports of citizens while they were abroad such as Adam Gadahn, an American who became an al-Qaeda spokesperson, and Edward Snowden, NSA whistleblower, but not Americans who were on home soil.

This sentiment from President Trump is worrying given that legal residents of the U.S. have been denied due process and free speech. If this can be done to residents, can it be done to citizens?

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this about the idea: “there are obviously legalities involved.” He continued: “We have a Constitution. But it’s a very generous offer … obviously, the administration will have to make a decision.”

Does he interpret citizenship laws to be at the digression of any one administration? Yikes!

Deporting Almost Citizens

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a Palestinian man at his citizenship hearing on Monday to deport him to the West Bank. His name is Mohsen Mahdawi and they call him a Hamas supporter.

Does this sound like a Hamas supporter? In December of 2023, he said this to 60 Minutes: “The fight for freedom of Palestine and the fight against antisemitism go hand-in-hand because injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

He organized protests at Colombia University and spoke about losing his relatives in violent deaths at the hands of the Israeli military. What about this speech says “Jew-hater” as Zionist activist group Betar Worldwide claims?

Mahdawi reportedly invited pro-Israel Columbia professor Shai Davidai to coffee but Davidai left the coffee abruptly and posted this on X about Mahdawi. Mahdawi was also featured on StopAntisemitism.org as the Antisemite of the Week in 2024. They accuse him of antisemitism for chanting “from the river to the sea” and calling Israel occupied territory and speaking about “right of return,” which means that Palestinians would return to the homes that Israel took from them. He called for freedom for the Palestinians “by any means necessary” and said that he can empathize with why Hamas would have launched an October 7 attack.

All of this would be allowed had Mahdawi been able to naturalize as an American but ICE made sure that he could not.

Is this doing anything to prevent antisemitism? It sure doesn’t seem like it. According to a new Pew survey, more people than ever before have an unfavorable view of Israel.

Negotiations with Iran

The U.S. and Iran will hold a second round of talks this upcoming weekend on April 19. The initial talks last Saturday appeared to be productive. No one was bombed. No nuclear sites were launched or destroyed. We’ll take that as progress.

The U.S. and Iran are trying to renew a nuclear agreement after President Trump withdrew from the last one during his first term.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that Iran and the U.S. “got very close” to reaching what CNN calls a “framework for negotiations.” He said that the talks were “Constructive and promising” and “conducted in an atmosphere of mutual respect.”

The White House called the talks “positive and constructive” and a “step forward in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome.”

Axios reports that the two sides could even meet in the same room rather than hold discussions through a mediator.

Meanwhile, the U.S. has continued to launch airstrikes in Yemen, the most recent was reportedly a ceramic factory, resulting in at least six deaths. The U.S. says that it will wipe out the Houthis but the Houthis are more resolved than ever, continuing to launch attacks on U.S. drones and warships.

Tariffs: Was This The Play All Along?

President Trump put a 90-day pause for tariffs on at least 75 countries that have opened negotiations with the White House. China is not one of them. For China, he raised to tariff to 125%, effective immediately and China responded with an 84% tariff on the U.S.

Additionally, he lowed the reciprocal tariffs to 10% for everyone who is not China.

The stock market rallied on this news. It makes it all the more clear that the tariffs were an opening offer to force countries to make a better deal. This seems to have been his plan all along.

In fact, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett said exactly that on Wednesday at the White House: “This was his strategy all along.”

Investor and early Facebook founder Chamath Palihapitiya predicts that tariffs are also a tactic to transfer wealth back to the middle class. He calls it an economic NATO but just for the U.S., not for a block of countries.

Pray for Peace Talks

It will be an important weekend for Iranian diplomacy as President Trump sends an envoy to speak with diplomats from Iran in Oman.

President Trump indicated that Israel could lead the U.S. into military action with Iran but then clarified that no one leads the U.S. into war because we do what we want.

“If it requires military, we’re going to have military,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office. “Israel will obviously be very much involved in that — it’ll be the leader of that. But nobody leads us. We do what we want to do.”

Then why did Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu send his demands for the talks via a video message? He says that he wants for Iran what happened to Libya.

The U.S. caused regime change in Libya by forcing the country to blow up their own nuclear facilities under U.S. supervision and then using NATO to assassinate former leader Muammar Gaddafi. Libya was prospering before the U.S. got involved. President Trump has criticized Hillary Clinton for leading this charge against Libya. Would he turn around and do it to Iran?

Netanyahu also said that another possibility is that Iran would “drag out the talks, and then there is the military option.” He’s hardly one to talk about dragging out peace talks, having demurred on ceasefire talks with Gaza for 18 months.

According to recent reports, Israel hit another civilian neighborhood in Gaza, killing at least 30 people including 8 children.

Measles Propaganda

The media is crazed about the measles outbreak in Texas after two children died but when you look into the case of the children’s deaths, the real fear is medical incompetence, not the measles. This story is terrifying but measles is the least of it.

The most recent death involved a young girl who had been hospitalized with a blood infection after suffering from tonsillitis complicated by chronic mononucleosis. When she was brought into the hospital, the father asked for inhaled budesonide by nebulizer but the staff treated her as if she was suffering from COVID and treated her with steroids instead. Like the first little girl, the staff missed things that could have been treated with antibiotics and the girls suffered and died. The first death involved a similar tale of missteps including the wrong antibiotic.

These are not scary stories about measles. They’re scary stories about doctors and hospitals and there is a productive way to learn from them but not with media scare tactics about measles vaccines. Did you know that medical error has been shown to be the THIRD leading cause of death in the U.S.!?

There have been measles outbreaks in Europe and Canada too but they don’t have the hysteria and push towards vaccination that has broken out in the U.S. Why do you think that is?

DHS Is Watching Your Socials!

Immigrants to the United States can say what they want about Christians, white people, black people, hispanics. But they cannot have ever said anything that the government considers “antisemitic” or they will have their visas denied.

The Department of Homeland Security admits that it will scan the social media of immigrant applicants and use it as grounds for denying immigration benefit requests.

“This will immediately affect aliens applying for lawful permanent resident status, foreign students and aliens affiliated with educational institutions linked to antisemitic activity,” the government says.

Again…why just this one group? Why can applicants have negative attitudes about all other groups but this one?

This may explain why elite universities say that they have had their students’ visas canceled by the government without explanation.

Ukraine’s War Play

Ukrainian President Zelensky admitted that Ukraine has been attacking inside Russian borders for the first time. This is something President Biden promised Ukraine would never do but they’ve been doing it all along.

Zelensky also claimed on X that Chinese citizens are “fighting as part of the Russian army.” He posted a video of a man he claims the Ukrainian army captured fighting for Russia.

A few months ago, he claimed that North Korean nationals were also fighting for Russia. Ukraine uses mercenary armies from over 50 countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K. and France so why would this matter?

Zelensky is clearly desperate to escalate the war with Russia and evade peace. Another peace enjoy is reportedly coming to the U.S. It would be wise to exclude the President of Ukraine from this envoy.

New Justice Department filings against Ryan Routh, the man who tried to shoot President Trump in Florida last year, show that he believed he was communicating with a Ukrainian officials prior to the assassination attempt, trying to get himself a “stinger or RPG” for the attack.

There is no proof that the person was actually from Ukraine but there is also no proof that they were not. Ukraine sells or loses at least half of the weapons that are sent from abroad.

While Zelensky stalls for peace, Russia reports that it will participate in the second round of peace talks with the U.S. on April 10 in Istanbul. Russia also says that it plans to deploy more “several hundred ground-based robots to the Russian military” so…not a moment too soon, eh?

Iran Wants Goodwill Gesture

President Trump said that peace talks will begin with Iran this weekend in Oman. Iran reportedly says that they would like to see a “goodwill gesture” from the U.S. first. By this, they mean relief from sanctions.

The Obama administration put horrific sanctions on Iran for the entire 8 years they were in the White House without ever proving that Iran had a nuclear weapon. Read this demon’s justification of it in the book The Art of Sanctions if you want to know more about it.

The Trump administration has also not proved that Iran has a nuclear weapon but wants to come up with an alternative to the Iran nuclear deal, formerly known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The deal was put in place by the Obama administration and it involved Iran’s promise to curb nuclear activity in exchange for sanctions relief. President Trump withdrew from the deal in 2018 and reimposed those sanctions. President Biden was never able to negotiation a new one but…he didn’t really try.

What if the Trump administration replaces the sanctions with tariffs? Would we all be happy then?

Bad News For The Flu Shot

A new Cleveland Clinic study found that the 2024-2025 flu vaccine did not prevent influenza. Quite the contrary, actually, those who took it were MORE LIKELY to get infected.

Here is the study. Read it for yourself.

It was published by doctors from the Cleveland Clinic but it has not yet been peer reviewed given the data was collected through March 26.

The employees of the Cleveland Clinic were required to get the flu shot so 82% of them did. They followed up with 53,000 employees and found that the vaccinated and unvaccinated were getting infected with the flu at an even pace but “over the course of the study the cumulative incidence of influenza increased more rapidly among the vaccinated than the unvaccinated. In an analysis adjusted for age, sex, clinical nursing job, and employment location, the risk of influenza was significantly higher for the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated state.”

They say that the vaccine effectiveness may have waned or may not have included the most prevalent strain of flu. But that is a problem every year. Vaccine makers come up with the formulation in the spring and make their best guess as to which strains to include that they think will be prevalent in the coming months. They can never accurately predict.

A few weeks ago, the FDA approved the 2025-2026 flu vaccine and it contains strains of flu that are dominant in the world now.

It is worth noting that the annual flu vaccine does not go through clinical trials. It also is not tested as to whether or not it stops infection in humans. It is only tested to see if recipients produce antibodies.

From this study alone, it is clear we need more research about why we mandate the flu vaccine if it is this ineffective and may in fact make people MORE likely to get the flu.

Stock Market Plunges

The stock market fell into the red on Tuesday after regaining losses on Monday. The consensus is that no one knows what will happen once the Trump administration’s tariffs go into place and Wall Street doesn’t like uncertainty.

President Trump said that he is willing to put a 104% tax on China and China basically said: Bring it.

“China is not a seeker of trouble. But make no mistake: when challenged, we will never back down. Intimidation and threats never work with China,” read a statement by the Lin Jian, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson.

The President also announced that he will put tariffs on pharmaceuticals. At an event on Tuesday, he said this: “We’re going to tariff our pharmaceuticals and once we do that they’re going to come rushing back into our country because we’re the big market… So we’re going to be announcing very shortly a major tariff on pharmaceuticals and when they hear that, they will leave China, they will leave other places because they have to – most of their product is sold here and they’re going to be opening up their plants all over our country.”

Guess who that would hurt badly? Europe. Many pharmaceuticals sold in the U.S. are made in Europe, India and China. CEOs from Big Pharma in Europe issued this panicked statement to European Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen saying that Europe must change the way it does business to compete with the U.S. or risk losing billions of Euros of investment.
