Bird Flu “Emergency”

18 décembre 2024 à 23:37

California Governor Gavin Newsom declared a State of Emergency over bird flu. The State of Emergency applies to humans but no humans in California have been diagnosed with bird flu. Cows in California were diagnosed with bird flu.

One human in Louisiana was reportedly diagnosed with H5N1 Bird Flu. That person is 65 years old with underlying health conditions and is currently hospitalized and in critical condition. The CDC says that the “patient had exposure to sick and dead birds in backyard flocks” and that “no person-to-person spread of H5 bird flu has been detected.”

They go on to say that the “CDC’s overall assessment of the immediate risk to the public’s health from H5N1 bird flu… remains low.”

So Gavin Newsom, does “low risk” necessitate a “state of emergency”?

Doctors are warning of a ‘quad-demic’ of viral illnesses this winter. They say that this quad of viruses will include Covid, the flu, RSV and norovirus. Bird flu is not listed.

Biden’s Decline Is a Surprise To The Press

18 décembre 2024 à 23:35

The Wall Street Journal published a damning report about President Biden’s mental decline going back to the 2020 campaign! Why are they acknowledging this now after letting Democrats lie about it for four years!?

The WSJ spoke to over 50 people who acknowledge that the President has severe physical and mental limitations but say that he still kept the Democratic agenda on track.

“Presidents always have gatekeepers. But in Biden’s case, the walls around him were higher and the controls greater,” the WSJ reports. They say that “the ‘hand holding’ is unlike anything other recent presidents have had.” They say that this “insulated him from the scrutiny of the American public.”

No it didn’t. His decline has been obvious to anyone who can observe anything at all ever.

Aides say that they had to reschedule meetings because the President had “good days and bad days” and couldn’t take meetings on bad days. Some officials said “it often didn’t seem like Biden had his finger on the pulse.” The WSJ also reports that his team hired a vocal coach to “improve the president’s fading warble.”

This is a story that we were owed months if not years ago and Kamala Harris should have had to answer for it on the campaign trial. It’s a shame that we get it only when it costs Democrats nothing to admit it.

Fani Willis Disqualified

18 décembre 2024 à 23:34

Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis will no longer be able to prosecute President-elect Trump for his election interference case in Georgia. The case will go forward, although how it will fare without her is a major question mark.

An appeals court ruled to disqualify Willis because she had a romantic relationship with her special prosecutor Nathan Wade. The President-elect’s team had fought a ruling that allowed her to stay on the case if Wade resigned and so do other co-defendants.

The ruling scolds Willis for the “unprofessional manner” during hearings but it does not go so far as to sanction her. She can appeal this decision to reclaim the case, which would delay the case even further. If she doesn’t, the case will fall to a new prosecutor who will have to decide whether or not to pursue the case. The case could fall away for the President-elect but the fate of the 14 other defendants is also uncertain.

Budget Bounced Check

18 décembre 2024 à 23:33

The proposed spending package that would keep federal agencies funded through March 14 was killed on Wednesday after mostly Republican lawmakers rejected it for being so stuffed with nonsense.

Many say that Elon Musk had a hand in tanking it but his influence is certainly debatable. Senator Rand Paul says that Musk should be elected the House Speaker since there is no law that mandates the Speaker be a member of Congress.

Beyond Musk’s barage of X posts, several members of Congress were a hard no for many other valid reasons. Oddly few found spoke out against a provision to report on any company that tries to boycott Israel even though it is your constitutional right to boycott whoever the hell you want.

President-elect Trump also spoke out against it and demanded that Republicans put forth a “clean Continuing Resolution without all of the Democrat ‘bells and whistles.'”

So what now? The debt ceiling will be reached on Saturday if nothing happens so House Republicans need to scramble together a new bill. Democrats say that they will oppose it if it scraps any of their “bipartisan” wishes but didn’t say exactly what those things were.

They knew this was looming for months. They deserve coal in their stockings.

Disney Ditches Woke Show

17 décembre 2024 à 23:45

Disney’s Pixar has pulled another transgender storyline from a show, this one called “Win or Lose.”

The show is about a middle school softball team and it features the backstory of one player per week. The show had planned a story line for a transgender child but scrapped it in the wake of backlash to woke entertainment.

This follows Disney’s canceled plans to include a transgender child in a show called “Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.”

A spokesperson for Disney confirmed this and provided the following statement to The Hollywood Reporter: “When it comes to animated content for a younger audience, we recognize that many parents would prefer to discuss certain subjects with their children on their own terms and timeline.”

Way to catch up, Disney!

Nigel Farage

17 décembre 2024 à 23:42

Can Elon Musk do for Nigel Farage what he did for President-elect Trump? By that we mean boost his candidacy in England with donations and endorsements?

The Telegraph reports that Musk may donate $100 million or £78 million to Farage so that he and the Reform UK party defeat both Labour and the Conservatives, which would position Farage as the next Prime Minister. Farage fueled these rumors with this post showing his recent visit with Musk at Mar-a-Lago.

A donation like that would be the largest in UK history. Would it even be legal for a U.S. citizen to donate to a U.K. politician? No, it’s not. Musk would have to give Reform money via the British branch of X, he could not do so personally.

An alignment with Musk is an indirect alignment with President-elect Trump and his policies and many Brits, Europeans and Canadians alike are searching for their Trump-like candidate amid raging crime, inflation and mass immigration. But does the world want a kingmaker in Elon Musk or would it be better for each country figure to figure out their own winning nationalist strategy? (Note: nationalism is NOT ethno-nationalism so stop calling it racist.)

Farage’s path to Downing Street would be a steep climb but stranger things have happened.

The Killers

17 décembre 2024 à 23:40

Luigi Mangione was charged with murder as an act of terrorism on Tuesday for the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is working to extradite him from Pennsylvania to New York.

Glorifying Mangione’s capitalist vengeance is a problem in the public square. A recent Rasmussen poll finds that “27% believe it was an understandable reaction to the high cost of health care in America. Another 12% are not sure.”

That means that nearly 40% of people either understand murder or are not sure if murder is bad when it comes to “social justice.” That’s how the Bolsheviks worked folks. That’s not good.

Budget Unbalanced

17 décembre 2024 à 23:39

A handful of House Republicans are saying NO to the proposed spending package that would keep federal agencies funded through March 14. Lawmakers are debating this because the government is once again about to hit a debt limit on Saturday.

The proposed bill is 1,500 pages long and includes all kinds of non-emergency payments including $130 billion to renew the Farm Bill, $100 billion in disaster relief, $10 billion in stimulus for farmers, $8 billion to replace the Francis Scott Key Bridge, etc.

Several Republicans have said that they will not support this. A short list includes: Rep Keith Self, Rep. Nancy Mace Rep. Wesley Hunt Rep. Kat Cammack Rep. Andy Biggs Rep. Bob Good Rep. Paul Gosar Rep. Ralph Norman Rep. Tim Burchett Rep. Chip Roy

And of course Rep. Thomas Massie who warned about this December 20 deadline as a ruse to rush through a sham of a bill. He said this in September. He’s not a psychic, he’s a well-worn cynic and it’s high time we listened to him!

Speaker Johnson is promoting this bill as if this is the last time he’ll ask this of Congress since we will have a Republican-controlled Congress sin 2025. Rep Massie’s response is thus: “US foreign aid spending is like watering the neighbor’s yard while your house is on fire.”

Canada in Crisis

17 décembre 2024 à 00:14

The Canadian government is in crisis with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau facing calls to step down because he’s quite simply the worst. He has restricted Canadians freedoms more than any other leader, given himself unprecedented executive powers and can’t stop lecturing working people about his ideology. He has also tanked the economy by funding foreign wars and allowed immigration to skyrocket in Canada in lockstep with the Biden administration. Here is how many feel about him, watch this man yell truths to him as he walked to his car on Monday.

On Monday, Finance Minister Christia Freeland resigned just hours before she was set to deliver an annual fiscal update. She blamed the Trudeau response to President-elect Trump’s tariff plan. She also said that the Prime Minister had been planning to demote her in the government.

Trudeau is set to an election in 2025 and he is increasingly unpopular. MPs are calling for him to call a No Confidence vote but that is not likely to happen before the holidays.

We will speak with one of his main opponents Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) on Redacted later today!

Israeli Expansion

17 décembre 2024 à 00:13

Israel will move more settlements into Golan Heights. This is the region that Israel seized during the 1967 Six-Day War. It is “considered illegally occupied under international law.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that a “new front” has opened for Israelis after the fall of the Bashar al-Assad’s government.

New settlements will join over 30 existing settlements in Golan Heights. These people will live alongside at least 20,000 Syrians. Can they do so peacefully under conflicting government laws?

The new Syrian leader, Abu Muhammad al-Julani, said that Syria will not be used as a “launchpad for attacks against Israel.”

“We are committed to the 1974 agreement and we are prepared to return the UN [monitors],” Julani told The Times of London, referring to peacekeeping forces that manned the demilitarized zone alongside Syrian troops.

The U.S. launched its own attacks in Syria where the U.S. also has illegally occupied territory. US Central Command (CENTCOM) said Monday that it “conducted precision airstrikes targeting known ISIS camps and operatives in Syria, Dec. 16, killing 12 ISIS terrorists.”

There is no such thing as precision airstrikes. That is the precision paradox. It is when the government tells you that they can launch targeted strikes and avoid collateral death and damage.

Ceasefire talks between Hamas and Israel are reportedly making progress in Qatar but too late to save at least 52 people killed in reported attacks on a civilian camp on Monday.

Russia: Ukraine Will Pay For This

17 décembre 2024 à 00:12

Russia says that it will retaliate against Ukraine over the death of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, former Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops. Kirillov was killed by an explosion in southeastern Moscow on Tuesday, along with an aide that was with him. The bomb has reportedly been planted in a scooter.

Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev blamed the Ukrainian army’s Banderite Nazis.

“This terrorist attack demonstrates the agony of the Banderite regime, which is struggling to justify its shaky existence in the eyes of its Western patrons and prolong the deadly hostilities while delivering cowardly attacks on civilians in cities and towns,” Medvedev said.

The Russian Investigative Committee has classified the explosion as a terrorist attack.

George Floyd Case Appeal

17 décembre 2024 à 00:10

Derek Chauvin’s legal team will be allowed to appeal his federal sentence with access to the autopsy data for George Floyd.

The 2020 death of Floyd sparked Black Lives Matter riots around the U.S. after video went viral of Chauvin kneeling on Floyd for more than 9 minutes following his arrest. But key parts of the autopsy were not admitted in Chauvin’s defense and his drug dealer had been allowed to exercise his Fifth Amendment rights.

On Monday, Minnesota Judge Paul Magnuson ruled that the defense will be allowed access to samples or slides of Floyd’s heart tissue, as well as his bodily fluids. It seems Chauvin’s defense plans to argue that the death could have been caused by fentanyl and methamphetamine, among other drugs, found in Floyd’s blood, in addition to “a high level of catecholamines, a neurohormone important in stress response; or Takotsubo’s myocarditis, an acute stress-induced heart condition.”

Germany’s Government Collapsing

16 décembre 2024 à 01:18

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is facing a no-confidence vote in a snap election. This means that the German government is collapsing in the wake of France doing the very same thing.

Last month, the three-party coalition fell apart over the country’s debt.

Scholz has led the German economy into the ground while generously donating to the war in Ukraine and helping NATO to thwart peace. Germans are justifiably mad about this.

Friedrich Merz from the conservative Christian Democratic Union is a candidate to replace Chancellor Scholz. He says that Scholz’ leadership in Europe is so bad that other EU leaders are avoiding him because he either “sits silent or tries to lecture them.”

CNN Fakes It Until It Makes It

16 décembre 2024 à 01:15

Last week, CNN “journalist” Clarissa Ward published this video of her and her news crew “rescuing” a Syrian prisoner who was “freed” from a Syrian prison.

Well, the Community Notes handled that and so did real investigative journalists. The video was a total fake, much like when Ward pretended to be in the line of fire in Israel last year.

Independent fact-checkers Verify-Sy found that the “prisoner” is a first lieutenant in the Syrian air force intelligence with a long wrap sheet of alleged war crimes. CNN was forced to respond to this but the piece is still live on its website. They said this to the New York Post: “We have subsequently been investigating his background and are aware that he may have given a false identity. We are continuing our reporting into this and the wider story.”

This doesn’t help with the plummeting confidence in the legacy media now, does it?

Tech Collusion Bill

16 décembre 2024 à 01:14

A new bill is aimed at preventing the government from colluding with tech companies. It is called The Transparency in Bureaucratic Communications Act. It was introduced by Republican Senator Eric Schmitt from Missouri.

It would require the government to disclose communications with tech companies and disclose discussions about content moderation, which the government has used to censor regular Americans and their questions about things the government did not want them censoring.

Schmitt was one of the Republicans that sued the Biden administration for censoring Americans during the pandemic. That case was dismissed by the Supreme Court but not on merit. It was dismissed on a technicality.

“The incoming Republican Congress cannot allow deep-state bureaucrats to continue censoring the free speech of our constituents any longer,” Schmitt said about his bill. “We will find the bureaucratic rot and we will rip it out.”

Drone Mystery Deepens

16 décembre 2024 à 01:12

Where are the these drone UFO’s coming from? After nearly a month of constant sightings from New York to California the Pentagon and Biden administration still aren’t providing any answers.

Now members of Congress and governors are fuming that they can’t get answers either. Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is calling on the Department of Homeland Security to deploy technology that can track the drones back to their origination spot. Former NJ Governor Chris Christie said Sunday that if the government refuses to take down these drones,, “drone vigilantes” will.

“Our state police [should] be able to have the authority to bring those drones down and find out why they’re doing what they’re doing,” Christie told George Stephanopoulos. “…What we’re going to find, George, is you’re going to have individuals acting as drone vigilantes and they’ll start taking them down.”

On Friday President-elect Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that these drones should be shot down. “Mystery Drone sightings all over the Country. Can this really be happening without our government’s knowledge? I don’t think so! Let the public know, and now. Otherwise, shoot them down!!!”

Just a reminder that America spends nearly 1 trillion dollars on defense. What do we have to show for it?

Covid Emergency?

11 décembre 2024 à 21:45

The Biden Administration extended the “emergency declaration” for Covid-19 under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).

This act “provides immunity from liability” for vaccine makers any any provider of a Covid-19 “countermeasure.” This is clearly the government acting as defense for big pharma, even though litigation has already begun to pierce the PREP Act.

The PREP Act was now extended through December 31, 2029! The department of Health and Human Services says that Covid-19 “continues to present a credible risk of a future public health emergency.” It is not a CURRENT risk – just a “credible risk” to the future. That’s not an emergency.

Media Mea Culpa

11 décembre 2024 à 21:44

The media is trying to make good now that the Biden years are ending and I am not feeling very forgiving about it. Are you?

The New York Times just woke up to publish this headline: “Recent Immigration Surge Has Been Largest in U.S. History: Under President Biden, more than two million immigrants per year have entered, government data shows.”

WAY TO CATCH UP! They admit this now AFTER the election is over? What demons!

They admit this now that it can’t hurt the Harris campaign even though they admit it has been happening for years, admitting that this rate of migration is a “faster pace of arrivals than during any other period on record, including the peak years of Ellis Island traffic, when millions of Europeans came to the United States. Even after taking into account today’s larger U.S. population, the recent surge is the most rapid since at least 1850.”

This data has been available for anyone who cared to look for the whole of the Biden years. The New York Post calls this a “betrayal of their readers.” We call it willful dishonesty.

TIME Magazine named President-elect Trump Person of the Year after promoting Kamala Harris and years of hitting at Trump and his campaign. They named Robert Mueller Person of the Year in 2017 even though proper reporting shows that the the Mueller investigation was highly compromised and based on bad intel from Christopher Steele.

It is also shocking to see that the TIME cover includes a not-unflattering image of the President-elect after years of making him look as orange, chubby and grumpy as possible. Predictably, liberal zealots are pissed and confused about this about-f

Social media is also making a mea culpa. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated $1 million to the Trump inauguration fund in order to brown nose…or rather, “improve his historically tense relationship with the incoming Republican.”

Suddenly publishing something closer to the truth is not the apology we are owed.

Pardon Party

11 décembre 2024 à 21:41

President Biden announced that he has issued pardons 39 people and granted clemency to 1,500 others.

A pardon is essentially a cancelation of someone’s criminal sentence or – as in the case of his son Hunter Biden – potential criminal sentence. Clemency is the reduction of a sentence or restoration of civil rights that were lost when the person was sentenced.

The White House did not announce the names of any of the pardon or clemency recipients but it did say that this is “the most ever in a single day.” The White House says that the recipients have “shown successful rehabilitation and have shown commitment to making their communities stronger and safer.” I am also commuting the sentences of nearly 1,500 people who are serving long prison sentences – many of whom would receive lower sentences if charged under today’s laws, policies, and practices. These commutation recipients, who were placed on home confinement during the COVID pandemic, have successfully reintegrated into their families and communities and have shown that they deserve a second chance.

The White House also says that they’re not done with pardons and clemency and will be taking “more steps in the weeks ahead…[and] will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances.”

NATO: Europeans Should Pay More For Ukraine’s W

11 décembre 2024 à 21:40

NATO wants Europe to shift into a “wartime mindset.” New NATO chief Mark Rutta said this on Thursday in Brussels: “It is time to shift to a wartime mindset.” He said that Russian President Vladimir Putin “is trying to crush our freedom and way of life.”

“How many more wake-up calls do we need? We should be profoundly concerned. I know I am,” he said. “Russia is preparing for long-term confrontation. With Ukraine, and with us.”

He’s lying. Russia has clearly shown that the special military operation extends only to the regions of Ukraine that asked for protection against the Ukrainian army’s continuous attacks since 2014. Russian state media’s own map show where the battle lines are drawn. Rutte expects people not to know that.

Rutte wants Europeans to allocate their pensions and social payments towards weapon production! Europeans are suffering from the poor economy created by the war in Ukraine but this warmonger wants more!
